Conchita Gasso and Claudia Escobar

More than two decades later, the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco continues to set new milestones. Today, during the Škoda We Love Cycling stage, a mother and daughter lined up at the start of the race together for the first time.

And these aren’t just any names. Conchita Gassó, at 66, is also the oldest cyclist in the race’s history. Her daughter, Claudia, is making her debut.

Both share a passion for the sport and an unstoppable spirit for adventure. For Conchita, this will be her 15th appearance in Titan World Series events. A true veteran of the peloton, she has already given Claudia plenty of advice: “Although she doesn’t need it. She’s very strong.”
