The 2026 Škoda Titan Desert Morocco will be the ‘Once in a Lifetime’ edition. We want anyone who has this race among their life goals to be able to complete it. We want to help those who want to try it for the first time by accompanying and advising them.

To this end, we have designed a training plan, together with our colleagues at Watts Lab, especially for those who will be in Boulmane Dades on April 26th. It doesn’t matter what your level is: there are four plans designed for those who just want to finish the race or for those veterans who are participating with a more ambitious sporting goal.

Who is this plan aimed to?

Anyone who wants to participate in the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco 2026 can follow it. It is a plan designed for begginers or for veterans who want to arrive in even better form to the race.

What kind of training will I find in the plan?

The exercises are very detailed and flexible, adapted to the needs of anyone who wants to follow them. They range from strength days, rest days and bike or home bike sessions. These sessions are also listed by hours, mileage or intensity, as well as the type of terrain on which it would be recommended to do them.

In addition, Sara has included a whole series of tips to adapt the exercises in case they cannot be followed 100%.

How long does the program last?

Six months. The first session starts on November 1st and is designed to arrive in top shape for the race on April 26th.

What I can’t follow it from the beggining?

The ideal and what the plan is designed for is to follow it from November 1st, but a person who does cycling or sport regularly can join later and still arrive in a good preparation to that April 26th when the race starts.

What does each plan consist of?

Watts Lab has designed four training plans, classified according to the person’s ultimate goal or the metric they use for their training: watts or heart rate:

  • Finisher W. Designed for those who simply want to finish the race and train based on watts.

  • Finisher HR. Designed for those who simply want to finish the race and train based on heart rate.

  • Performance W. Designed for those who are a little more ambitious and want high athletic performance. Measurement in watts
