What is included in the registration
The fee includes
- Participation in the race
- Bicycle transport by road from Barcelona to Morocco (return).
- Full-board accommodation (7 nights). Does not include breakfast on verification day and lunch on the day after the race is finished.
- Travel insurance.
- Medical and nursing service.
- Race timing.
- GPS device for the race.
- Liquid refreshment during the race.
- Transport of luggage between camps.
- Two water bottles of 1.5 liters outside the race (the six days of the race). 3 liters at the start of each stage, 7.5 liters dureng the stage and arrival refreshment.
What is not included in the registration
- Transport to Morocco.
- Transfer of the bike from the participant’s home to Barcelona and return.
- Extras in hotel rooms.
- Extra drinks.
- Mechanical assistance and physiotherapy.
VAT and registration. To issue the invoice, in accordance with Current Spanish Tax Legislation (Act 37/1992. Art. 69. One 1 / Art.70. One. 7 c), registrations for the race made by legal or professional persons (companies/self-employed) with tax domicile in Spain will have to pay VAT. As a result, 21% VAT must be added to the indicated price, and this must be paid by the company.
Registrations made by natural persons (individuals) will not be subject to VAT, in accordance with the tax legislation mentioned above. Therefore, when we issue invoices to individuals registered for the race they will not include VAT.

EARLY BIRD RATE (First 100 bibs)

Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICY – (Included in the Registration)
- Cancellations made before 05/12/2025 at 11:00 AM will incur a dossier fee of €195.
- Cancellations made between 05/12/2025 at 11:01 AM and 07/01/2026 at 11:00 AM will incur a fee of 50% of the total registration cost.
- Cancellations made between 07/01/2026 at 11:01 AM and 03/03/2026 at 11:00 AM will incur a fee of 75% of the total registration cost.
- Cancellations made after 03/03/2025 at 11:01 AM will not be eligible for any refund.
CANCELLATION WITH REFUND GUARANTEE – €195 (OPTIONAL GUARANTEE)
- Cancellations made before 20/02/2026 at 11:00 AM will incur no fees, and 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 20/02/2026 at 11:01 AM and 27/03/2026 at 11:00 AM will be refunded 50% of the total registration cost.
- Cancellations made after 27/03/2026 at 11:01 AM will not be eligible for any refund.
*IMPORTANT: INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
Participants who fail to meet the installment payment deadlines will have their registration automatically canceled (within five days after the deadline), and the applicable cancellation policy will be enforced.
- Other services provided by the organization, such as the photography pack or individual haima, can be refunded if canceled before the registration deadline. After 27/03/2026 at 11:00 AM, no refunds will be issued.
- The charter flight is non-refundable after purchase. However, an exclusive cancellation guarantee for this product can be purchased.
- Registrations are personal, nominal, and non-transferable. Name changes or postponements to future events are not allowed.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 27/03/2026 at 11:00 AM.
IMPORTANT:If you wish to purchase the refund guarantee, it must be done at the time of registration. It cannot be purchased later.
