Massi ISB Sport Inverse conquers the Saghro
27 de April de 2026The Saghro Mountains are one of the most popular places to visit during the Škoda Titan Desert Morocco. For many, they offer the most beautiful scenery in the country.
Slate walls, narrow paths, and mountain ranges that are surprisingly green thanks to the rain that has fallen throughout the year. In fact, the name “Saghro” refers to the region’s frequent droughts.
In what was largely a barren landscape, the Massi ISB Sport Inverse team has achieved a tremendous haul, thanks to their teamwork and the skill of their riders.
The stage winner was Noel Martín, a stage- hunter, who already has three stage victories under his belt: one in 2024, another in 2025, and another today.
The rider from Ávila secured a hard-fought victory in a sprint finish. After a stage that featured all kinds of terrain and countless twists and turns, the finish was a tight sprint among seven riders, all of whom had been at the front of the race throughout.
Martín’s victory, however, does not threaten Luis Ángel Maté’s lead in the GC standings. “El Lince” remains in first place, with a lead of about seven minutes over Bruno Rosa.

Things have also gone perfectly for the team in the women’s GC. There, once again, Tessa Kortekaas has been competing only against herself and against history.
The Dutch rider seemed to be aiming to conquer the mountains and demonstrate her dominance on the flat. However, she emerged from the first two stages—the most mountainous ones—as the leader with a comfortable lead over all her rivals.
Kortekaas remains in 14th place overall in a peloton of more than 400 cyclists. This achievement is truly befitting of what is surely the best rider in the history of the Titan World Series.
